The program is grounded in an integrated experiential methodology that combines drama-based education, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) tools, and embodied and artistic learning practices. At its core lies the creation of a safe and supportive environment (safe space), where respect, trust, and non-judgment allow children to express themselves freely. Through role-play, improvisation, perceptual positions techniques, movement-based mirroring and rapport exercises, students develop empathy, social skills, and collaborative abilities. At the same time, visual art expression and reframing techniques support self-awareness and the emotional processing of experiences. Each workshop concludes with reflective circle time, where collective intelligence is activated through dialogue, shared insights, and group reflection.
